Integrating Shopify with LEADSORBIT allows you to import and sync your store's contacts, orders, transactions, products, and collections. Once connected, your Shopify data stays up to date in LEADSORBIT, making it easier to manage your customers and automate follow-ups.
Connect Your Shopify Store
Follow these steps to connect your Shopify store to LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Find Shopify and click Connect.
- Enter your Shopify Store URL or Store Name, then click Next.

Configure Import and Sync Settings
After connecting your Shopify store, choose the data you want to import and sync with LEADSORBIT.
- Select the data you want to import, such as Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, and Collections, then click Next.
- Select the data you want to keep synchronized with LEADSORBIT, then click Save.
- Review the requested permissions in Shopify and click Install to complete the integration.

- Import all the data you need before enabling ongoing synchronization.
- Enable sync only for the data you want to keep updated automatically.
- Verify your Shopify Store URL or Store Name before connecting.
- Review your sync settings whenever your Shopify store configuration changes.
Common Issues
- Unable to connect your Shopify store: Verify that you've entered the correct Shopify Store URL or Store Name and that you have administrator access to the store.
- Data is not importing: Confirm that the required Import options were selected during setup.
- New orders or products are not syncing: Review your Sync Settings and make sure the required sync options are enabled.
- Shopify authorization failed: Review the requested permissions and click Install to authorize the Shopify app.
