Integrating TikTok Lead Ads with LEADSORBIT allows you to automatically sync leads from your TikTok Lead Generation campaigns into your CRM. Once connected, you can manage your lead form mapping and ensure your leads are captured correctly.
Connect Your TikTok Lead Ads Account
Follow these steps to connect your TikTok Lead Ads account to LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Find TikTok Lead Ads and click Connect.
- Sign in to your TikTok Business account and authorize the requested permissions.
- Select the Advertiser Account you want to connect.

Configure TikTok Lead Ads Integration Settings
After connecting your TikTok Lead Ads account, you can manage your lead form mapping and integration settings.
- Click the three-dot menu on the TikTok Lead Ads integration card.
- Select one of the following options:
- Form Field Mapping – Map your TikTok Lead Form fields to LEADSORBIT contact fields.
- Disconnect – Remove the TikTok Lead Ads integration from LEADSORBIT.

- Connect the correct TikTok Business account before configuring your lead forms.
- Complete the Form Field Mapping for every TikTok Lead Form you plan to use.
- Review your field mapping whenever you update a TikTok Lead Form.
- Test your lead forms after completing the integration.
- Reconnect the integration if your TikTok account permissions change.
Common Issues
- Unable to connect TikTok Lead Ads: Make sure you're signing in with the correct TikTok Business account and that you have permission to access the Advertiser Account.
- Advertiser Account not appearing: Verify that your TikTok Business account has access to the selected Advertiser Account.
- Leads not syncing: Review your Form Field Mapping to ensure your TikTok Lead Form fields are mapped correctly.
- Connection issues: Disconnect the integration and reconnect your TikTok Business account to refresh the connection.
