Integrating Google Lead Ads with LEADSORBIT allows you to automatically sync leads from your Google Lead Form campaigns into your CRM. Once connected, you can map your lead form fields and manage lead syncing for individual forms.
Connect Your Google Lead Ads Account
Follow these steps to connect your Google Lead Ads account to LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Find Google Lead Ads and click Manage.
- Click Install, then sign in to your Google account and authorize the requested permissions.
- Select the Google Ads Account(s) you want to connect.

Configure Google Lead Forms
After connecting your Google Ads account, configure your lead forms.
- Select the Google Lead Form you want to manage.
- Click the Edit icon to map your Google Lead Form fields to LEADSORBIT contact fields.
- Use the Play/Pause icon to enable or disable lead syncing for individual forms.

Best Practices
- Connect the Google account that has access to your Google Ads account.
- Complete the field mapping for every Google Lead Form you plan to use.
- Test your lead forms after enabling lead syncing.
- Review your field mapping whenever you update a Google Lead Form.
- Periodically review your connected forms to ensure lead syncing remains active.
Common Issues
- Unable to connect Google Lead Ads: Make sure you're signing in with the correct Google account and that it has access to the Google Ads account.
- Google Ads Account not appearing: Verify that your Google account has permission to access the selected Google Ads account.
- Leads not syncing: Make sure lead syncing is enabled for the form and review your field mapping.
- Incorrect contact information: Review the field mapping to ensure each Google Lead Form field is mapped to the correct LEADSORBIT contact field.
