Best Practices
- Start with a clean layout to keep your template readable and professional.
- Use consistent branding (logo, colors, fonts) across all templates.
- Include merge fields (like contact name) for personalization.
- Always preview and send a test email before using the template in campaigns.
- Save generic blocks (like footers) as reusable snippets to speed up future templates.
Common Issues
- Template not saving: Ensure you clicked Save Template before exiting the editor.
- Merge fields not resolving correctly: Verify that the merge field tags are correct and match the available contact fields.
- Design looks different in email: Preview in both desktop and mobile views, and test send to check layout.
- Template not showing in campaigns: Save the template first, then refresh the campaign builder so the new template appears.
