Create a Knowledge Base

Follow these steps to create a new Knowledge Base in LEADSORBIT.

  1. Navigate to AI Agents → Knowledge Base.
  2. Click Create Knowledge Base.
  3. Enter a Knowledge Base Name and an optional description.
  4. Click Create.

Add Content to the Knowledge Base

After creating the Knowledge Base, add the information you want your AI agents to use.

  1. Open the Knowledge Base you created.
  2. Choose one of the available content sources:
    • Web
    • Crawler
    • FAQ (Recommended for better responses)
    • Tables
    • Rich Text
    • Files
  3. Add your content or import it from the selected source.
  4. Review the imported content and click Save.

  4. Click Save.
