The Chat Widget in LEADSORBIT allows website visitors to interact in real time, capturing leads and routing messages directly into your account.
Create a Chat Widget
- Navigate to Sites → Chat Widget from the main menu.
- Click + New.
- Select the type of chat you want to create (e.g., All in one chat, Live chat, SMS/Email chat, Facebook chat, Instagram chat, WhatsApp chat, Voice AI).
- Click on the type of chat you selected to create the widget.
- After creating the widget, update the widget name for identification.

Style the Widget
- Navigate to the Style tab.
- Configure Appearance settings:
- Chat prompt
- Chat icon
- Theme
- Welcome message
- Configure Widget Customization settings:
- Avatar image
- Widget position
- Widget dimensions
- Click Save to apply the changes.

Configure Chat Window
- Navigate to the Chat Window tab.
- Set the Chat Window Title and Intro Message for visitors.
- Mark mandatory fields, such as Name, Phone, Message, if required.
- Click Save to apply changes.

- Go to the Messaging tab.
- Set acknowledgements and language options.
- Click Save to apply changes.

Publish the Widget
- Click Get Code or Get it for WordPress to copy the widget embed code.
- Paste the code into your website or landing page.
- Test the widget on your website to ensure it loads correctly and captures leads.
